Bren lights up the classroom with stories and songs for little ones. Kids take part in writing their very own class song and learn about creativity and the power of words. My goal is to help kids connect the dots between the rigor of learning to read and the wonder and fascination of what those words can do!

CREATIVITY IN THE CLASSROOM
The Movie of My Life Workshop is a tool to unlock the creative potential of all students within a classroom environment. Visiting artist workshops help kids to experience an environment with no grades or wrong answers; where they feel free to express themselves.
This workshop allows kids the freedom to play with language without having to worry about grammar or punctuation. Through crafting their own Movie of My Life poems, kids develop self-esteem and envision their highest future self.
Sometimes it’s hard to remember, but kids are the future innovators and leaders, writers and scientists, inventors and artists of our culture. How children perceive themselves and the future of their world is in our hands. Their belief in themselves is an imprint we as adults leave as our legacy to the next generation.
